  • Business no.585858
  • Account number (Enter your StarTimes Smartcard Number as the account number)
  • Enter the Amount
  • Enter your M-PESA PIN and Send

Orange Subscribers – Orange Money

  • Go to -> Customer access Orange Money and select “Payments”.
  • Enter Star Times Media Business Number (585858).
  • Enter Bill Reference Number (Smartcard No.).
  • Input amount to be paid.
  • Confirm request and select send

EQUITY ATMs

  • Insert your ATM Card on ATM Machine and enter your PIN.

EZZAY 247 (Equity)

  • On your mobile dial *247#.

  • Go to ‘Make Payments Option’

  • Account Number (Enter your StarTimes acc. number starting with ‘st’) as the reference number
  • For instance, if your Account number is 54321, then please enter st54321as the reference number
  • You will receive a transaction confirmation SMS from Airtel Money.

YU Subscribers – YU Cash

  • Go to your YU-Cash Menu on your phone
  • Select Send Money Option
  • Business NO: (Enter 102020 as the business number)
  • Enter the total amount to send as directed by the merchant
  • Account Number (Enter your StarTimes Account Number starting with ‘st’)
  • e.g if your Account number is 54321, then please enter st54321as the message
  • Enter your PIN and then send

How to change your Startimes Bouquet

Startimes Kenya offers a self-service portal similar to the gotv self-service portal.

From the portal, subscribers can complete various tasks which include changing your StarTimes bouquet. Here is a guide on how to change your Startimes Kenya bouquet;

  • Login to StarTimes self-service
  • Choose your smart card on the Service page
  • Press Bouquet button
  • Choose the Bouquet you want to change to
  • Click the next button
  • Enter your decoder Number and finish
